Real Madrid captain Dani Carvajal has passed advanced knee tests in London, with medical experts confirming no lingering issues following his recent injury and surgery — a huge relief for Los Blancos fans.
The 34-year-old right-back was sidelined last season due to a “free intra-articular body” in his knee that required arthroscopic surgery. After travelling to a world-renowned London clinic for follow-up scans, the results showed that the problem has been fully resolved and Carvajal is medically cleared to play.
However, despite being declared fit, Carvajal hasn’t seen much playing time under manager Álvaro Arbeloa, making just a handful of minutes since his return, with players like Federico Valverde and Trent Alexander-Arnold preferred ahead of him.
This health update is significant as it boosts Carvajal’s chances to regain form and possibly secure a spot in Spain’s World Cup squad, a selection that hinges on regular club minutes.
