– Real Madrid has begun installing new LED banners in the third tier of the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, after receiving the green light from the club.
The previous structures bearing the “Bernabeu” signs on the west side have been removed in preparation for the installation of the support structure for the new screens. The work will continue for several months due to the complexity of the area and safety procedures, as well as frequent interruptions according to the match schedule.
The banner will only be installed on the west side and behind the goals, due to engineering constraints on the east side, while the project to add two rows of seats in the third tier remains on hold with no specific date for its resumption.
