– According to the Mondo Deportivo newspaper, the statement issued by the Spanish League, which revealed the financial affairs of Barcelona club, sparked widespread controversy, as the Catalan club expressed its dissatisfaction with the leaking of this secret information, considering that this is a violation of the confidentiality of financial statements.
On the “Tu Diràs” program, Miguel Gallan, an expert in sports management, confirmed that Barcelona may have the right to file a complaint against Javier Tibas, president of the League, due to the leak of this information.
He explained that the complaint may lead to the suspension of Tibas for up to two years, with a possibility of 90-95% for that.
Gallan added that there is an implicit agreement between Real Madrid president Florentino Perez and Juan Laporta, Barcelona, regarding the disposal of Thibas, specifically in light of the ongoing differences between him and the clubs over the Superig League, however, it is still not certain whether the Catalan club will make the complaint or not.
