– The Spanish League La Liga lost the appeal against Real Madrid and Ateltek Bilbao on the CVC deal, where the Regional Court supported the Court of First Instance to nullify the meeting carried out by the League in 2021, through which the Impulso project agreement with the CVC Investment Fund was approved.
The Spanish newspaper Marca revealed the way the Liga Association received the court’s decision.
The newspaper said, “The Spanish League Association confirms that the regional court’s decision does not affect the CVC agreement.”
The Liga Association intends to go to the Supreme Court in order to appeal the ruling of the regional court.
