– According to the newspaper “La Gazetta dello Sport”, Milan plans to negotiate with Real Madrid to try to secure Alex Jimenez staying in its ranks for several seasons to come.
Jimenez has a contract with Milan until 2028, but Real Madrid has the option to rebuild it in the summer of 2025 for 9 million euros or in 2026 for 12 million euros.
Milan is seeking to postpone the rebuilding item to 2027 as it raised its value to exceed 12 million euros, in an attempt to ensure the player continues for a longer period.
