– Javier Tibas, president of the League, responded to Carlo Ancelotti, regarding his statements about refusing to change the date of the Villarreal match in the League and play it before 72 commodities against Atletico Madrid in the Champions League.
Tibas’s response came as follows. Carlo, Emilio certainly told you that the La Liga Association has set the date of the Leganes match in the next round on Saturday at 16:15, to give you more comfort before the semi -finals against Real Sociedad.
But Emilio asked the director of the League competitions to change the date until 21:00 – perhaps with your knowledge and consent, as I imagine – to benefit more from the return of the players after the international stopping period.
